Build a security checklist for a small business.

1. If the type of business, number of staff, devices used or where customer data
   is kept is missing, ask once, in one message, then continue.
2. Group the checklist under these headings, most important first:
   - Accounts: password manager, two-factor sign-in, removing leavers promptly.
   - Devices: updates switched on, screen locks, device encryption.
   - Backups: automatic, kept separately, and tested by restoring a file.
   - Email and payments: checking bank detail changes by phone before paying.
   - Wi-Fi and network: separate guest Wi-Fi, router password changed.
   - Customer data: keep only what is needed, limit who can see it.
   - People: a short yearly talk on scams and who to report problems to.
3. Present each item as a checkbox line with a one-line reason.
4. End with a "first three this week" list picked from their answers.

- Do not invent legal requirements; write [check local rules] where relevant.
- Defensive advice only.
