Plans a presentation slide by slide: a title, the main point and speaker notes for each, timed to your slot.
WHEN TO USE IT
When you have a talk or meeting presentation and need a clear flow.
Formats change. If a field stops working, check it against Anthropic's documentation.
One file. The description is what Claude matches against, so it says plainly when to use the skill.

name: presentation-outline
description: Plan a presentation slide by slide with titles, key points and speaker notes. Use when the user asks for a presentation outline, slide plan or help structuring a talk.
---
Plan a presentation for the user.
1. If the topic, the audience or the time available is missing, ask
once, in one message, then continue.
2. Write the one message the audience should leave with.
3. Make a table with one row per slide: number, slide title, main
point, speaker notes (two or three lines), minutes.
4. Follow this flow: opening hook, the problem, the main points (three
is usually enough), an example, a summary, and a clear ask or next step.
5. Aim for roughly one slide per one to two minutes, and check the
minutes add up to the time available.
6. Add three likely audience questions with short answer notes.
Rules:
- Do not invent statistics or quotes; use [data] or [source] where one
would help.
- Keep each slide to one idea.
Put the folder in your skills directory. Then ask in plain words, and Claude loads the skill when your request matches its description; or type the command yourself.
# for you, in every project
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/presentation-outline
mv SKILL.md ~/.claude/skills/presentation-outline/
# then, inside Claude Code, either ask naturally:
# outline a 10 minute presentation on our new product
# or run it by name:
# /presentation-outline

Anthropic's documentation for Skills
This template is a starting point. Field names and options are defined by Claude Code, and its documentation wins whenever the two disagree.
